About me:

I have a passion for helping people reach their full potential. Surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding & jiu jitsu have been the art forms where I push my limits & tap into my unknown. Sometimes resulting in major injuries, sometimes resulting in triumphs, adrenaline & euphoria. This is the line I’ve found myself balancing on a daily basis through my young adulthood to this day. Balance has always been centered in my life… skateboarding from the age of 5, to competing as a gymnast through high school, today’s balance looks a little different for me. After multiple injuries over the years, surviving a heavy car accident, major back, knee & shoulder surgeries, bringing my body back to alignment has been my greatest challenge. Through these tough moments, I’ve come to understand what real healing looks & feels like. Testing almost every option under our current medical system, I’ve had to look outside traditional western medicine and implement REAL ENERGY HEALING. Modalities like PEMF, Lymphatic Compression, & Red / Infrared Light Therapy have helped me cut my recovery times in half & continue to refine my current state of health. I received my training and established proficiency in these modalities during my time working & training at Upgrade Labs in Santa Monica, one of the first biohacking facilities to emerge in the Los Angeles area. After dealing with multiple injuries, surgeries & set backs over my active life, I am LIVING PROOF that the mind & body can heal its way back to a balanced state when given the right nutrients & raw energy to thrive.
